HAIPET Calcium Carbonate Compound Additives

HAIPETTM is a kind of masterbatch of 75-85% Calcium Carbonate (CaCo3) with 15-25% specially blended polyolefin resin. It is an additive for polyolefin and usually mixed with polyolefin resins (LDPE, HDPE, PP).
As it is in the form of masterbatch, it is easily mixed with polyolefin.

* Anti-vertical tearing of the yarn
* Anti-fibrilation of the yarn
* Better printability on the surface of the woven cloth
* Anti slip effect on the yarn, cloth and bags
*Greater tensile strength of the yarn after stretching
* The yarn has a stiff, so the cloth and bags tend to be firmer and more stable
* It is more easily processed into bags because of easy handling at the looms and machines

* Anti-blocking effects
* Improvement of printability on the film surface
* Diminishing of the gloss on the film surface
* Cost reduction of the white color pigment
* Better productivity due to better output of the materials

HAIPET™ 60PP

HAIPETTM 60PP is a kind of masterbatch of 81% Calcium Carbonate (CaCo3) with 19% specially blended polyolefin resin.

HAIPET™ can be mixed easily with polyolefine resins due to its pellet form.
It reduces production cost and gives calorific quantity and dimensional stability, better printability and productivity.

– PP Injection
– PP Woven Bag
– PP Strapping Band

Since a damp atmosphere is bad for CaCo3, it is better to dry HAIPET™
